Our Mission
Donley Law P.C. is a civil litigation firm that specializes in serious personal injury claims, business, real estate, insurance, and probate disputes. We shoulder much of the heavy burden those disputes impose, help relieve the stress they cause our clients, and diligently work toward a speedy and just resolution. For over 32 years Jack Donley has specialized in personal injury claims. He has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants as well as insurance companies. As a result, he not only has substantial trial experience and an expertise in the law and the medicine, he also has a deep understanding of how insurance companies work and what they need in order to pay claims. This has helped him develop effective strategies for obtaining just compensation for injured people.
Commercial & Business
Commercial & Business disputes are often unique and involve facts that have developed over many years. Donley Law prides itself on being able to sift through those facts, discerning which facts are important to the dispute, applying the applicable law and then advocating for a just result. Typically, when everyone understands the facts and the law, most cases settle. However, we can and will effectively take the case through trial and appeal to obtain just results.
Real Estate
Disputes over real property are often very personal. At Donley Law, we understand and appreciate how important your property rights are to you. Probate litigation virtually always involves highly emotional issues and situations and often challenging personalities. We understand and appreciate how difficult those disputes can be. Through our experience with probate matters and ability to focus those involved upon resolution, we are quite effective in bringing those disputes to a fair and just conclusion or, in the case of protective proceedings, able to manage them with the protected person’s bests interests at the forefront.

After litigating civil disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants for over 32 years, Jack Donley brings a unique perspective as a mediator and arbiter. He understands the issues and laws, the financial and emotional costs of litigation and the unpredictability of judges and jurors. He also has a unique ability to de-escalate emotional disputes and bring people to common ground. Having been trained by the American Arbitration Association and having mediated and arbitrated numerous personal injury and business cases, he brings the experience and expertise necessary to help get disputes resolved.
