Jack E. Donley is a Colorado Springs, Colorado native. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Natural Resource Management and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1987 from the University of Oregon. Jack was admitted to the Colorado State Bar that same year and began his practice in litigation. Mr. Donley is a shareholder with the firm where his practice focuses on civil litigation. The majority of his civil litigation practice is in the areas of personal injury, product liability, insurance defense, insurance agent errors and omissions, construction and commercial cases. He represents insurance carriers, insureds and Plaintiffs. He is a panel arbiter for the American Arbitration Association, has lectured on civil litigation and insurance topics and is a graduate of the NETA Trial Advocacy course. Mr. Donley is a member of the El Paso County Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Defense Lawyers and Defense Research Institute. He is licensed to practice in both the State and Federal Courts. |
